RETURN

When you shop online at www.bruunsbazaar.com you have 30 days return right. The right runs from the day you received the goods. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve deadline is extended to the following Monday. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order but delivered separately, or a product that comes in several batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last item.


How do I return?


If you wish to return your item(s) you must fill out the attached return form.

For customers based in Denmark has two options when returning:

  1. Use the attached return label. If using the attached return label, 60 DKK is deducted from the amount refunded. 
  2. Buy yourself a return label and return the item(s) to the following address: BRUUNS BAZAAR
    Thrigesvej 27, 7430 Ikast, Denmark

For customers based in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden:

  • You must buy a return label yourself and return the item(s) to the following address: BRUUNS BAZAAR
    Thrigesvej 27, 7430 Ikast, Denmark

For customers based in Norway, UK, Schweizerland: 

  • You must buy a return label yourself and return the item(s) to the following address:
    BRUUNS BAZAAR, Thrigesvej 27, 7430 Ikast, Denmark
  • Please note that all applicable import taxes on returns from countries outside the EU will result in a charge of €20


Important information about your return:

You have the responsibility for the package/goods until we receive it. So keep the postal receipt and tracking number. You must pay the costs of returning the goods. We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).


Refunds will automatically happen when we receive your package (excluding freight cost). The amount is always refunded in the same way as originally transferred.


Note: Partly or no refund will happen if the products have deteriorated if you e.g have taken the goods into use or the item(s) has been damaged while in your possession. If the value of the item has decreased, we will deduct an amount covering the damage from the purchase price that you paid for the item before you get the purchase price refunded.
