When shopping online at www.bruunsbazaar.dk, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, it will be extended to the following business day.

If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period runs from the date you receive the final item.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, we offer free exchanges through our return portal.

Returns & Refunds

Customers residing in Denmark

  • A return label is generated through the return portal and provided as a QR code.
  • A return fee of DKK 60 will be deducted from your refund.

EU Countries

Applies to customers residing in: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

  • A return label is generated through the return portal and provided as a QR code.
  • Return fees vary by country and will be shown in the return portal.

Norway, UK & Switzerland

You are responsible for purchasing your own return label and returning the items to:

Please note that returns from countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties. Therefore, an administration fee of €20 will be charged for returns from these countries.

Important Return Information

  • Please ensure that the items are securely packaged.
  • You are responsible for the package and items until we receive them.
  • Remember to keep your receipt and tracking number.
  • We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery (COD).

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Condition of Returned Items

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

If the item has been used or damaged beyond this, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
