ORDERING ON OUR WEBSITE

To shop at www.bruunsbazaar.com you must be above 18 years old and possess a valid credit card, which we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.

Our webshop is open 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. It may happen that we close the shop for maintenance. An order placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day. We will only accept your order if your payment information is correct and if we have no reason to believe that the order will be used for illegal activities or if  you do not meet the requirements of our Terms and Conditions.

When you order an item from us, you will receive an acknowledgment (order confirmation) of our receipt of your order. 

Should you make a mistake in your order, please contact our customer service immediately, so they can help change/delete your order as fast as possible. 
If you regret your order, you have 30 days to return it. Read more about our return policy in the section “ Return right - 30 days to return”. 

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase in the event of printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure, and similar circumstances. If this is the case, you will hear from our customer service.
