If your item is faulty or if we delivered an incorrect item, please contact our customer service as fast as possible.
In the case of faulty goods or incorrect goods, you can choose between the following options:
- Return the item(s) and receive a refund of the purchase price ( we pay the costs of delivery if you use the attached return label)
- Return the item(s) and receive similar item(s) when our customer service has processed the returned item(s). (redelivery)
- Keep the item(s) and request a proportionate reduction of the purchase price
- Keep the item(s) and have the defect remedied
For our customer service to help you, please provide the order number, possibly the goods/item number, and describe what is wrong with the goods etc. Attach pictures if possible.
